Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Provide product and service information clearly and accurately
Record and update customer details in company systems
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly
