We are looking for a hands-on Accountant / Export Coordinator who enjoys working in an international trading environment and is comfortable combining financial responsibilities with operational coordination.
This is a dual role combining accounting and export operations coordination.
Accounting Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting entries and reconciliations
Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on collections
Prepare invoices
Export Coordination Responsibilities
Coordinate export documentation for flower shipments
Work closely with farms, logistics partners, and customers
Monitor order confirmations and shipment schedules
Ensure accuracy of packing lists, invoices, and export paperwork
Support the operations team in tracking deliveries and resolving issues
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting experience
Strong Excel and accounting system skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced international trading environment
Proactive, hands-on mindset
Strong English communication skills
Experience in export, logistics, or trading companies is a strong advantage.
