This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients, provide exceptional customer service, and present tailored property solutions. Core responsibilities include maintaining detailed client records, meeting sales targets, and consistently delivering relevant information about property listings and developments. The individual will also be expected to collaborate with internal teams for effective service delivery and attend regular training sessions to stay updated on market trends.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Proven Sales ability with a goal-oriented mindset and attention to achieving targets
Experience in Training or a willingness to continually develop skills and market knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred)
Prior experience in telesales or the real estate industry is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a business-related field
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic is a plus
