Key Responsibilities -
Work company-provided buyer and seller leads with urgency and professionalism
Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing presentations confidently
Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into signed clients
Negotiate contracts effectively and manage transactions through closing
Build long-term client relationships and referral pipelines
Stay informed on local market trends, pricing strategies, and property values
Maintain strict compliance with real estate laws and brokerage policies
