Roles & responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of 10-20 key accounts, understanding their strategic goals and IT needs.
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing key accounts, expanding the scope of IT solutions and services.
Lead the development and execution of account plans, outlining strategies for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of customer service.
Desired candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated experience in selling complex IT solutions and services, IT Infra Solutions , SaaS Solutions , Cyber Security ,Active and Passive Network Technologies etc.
Strong understanding of the IT industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
UAE Driving License with own car (Mandatory)
4+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry in UAE ,2 years should be in one company
