Sales Assistant – Fashion Retail | Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail store in Abu Dhabi. If you have a strong interest in fashion and enjoy creating meaningful shopping experiences, we would be pleased to hear from you.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a retail environment
• Good command of spoken English and basic knowledge of Arabic
• Pleasing personality with a presentable appearance
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule in accordance with store requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
• Guide customers confidently in their purchasing decisions through strong product knowledge
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and assist with product selection
• Communicate with customers on social media platforms and respond to inquiries professionally
• Support daily floor operations to ensure smooth store functioning
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Canva will be considered an advantage
