Seven Skys Real Estate is a fast-growing and reputable real estate company based in the business hub of Dubai. We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader / Property Sales Manager for the Dubai market to join our dynamic team and support the strategic growth of our real estate operations. This role requires a results-driven professional capable of leading property consultants, enhancing sales performance, developing market strategies, and ensuring successful deal closures while maintaining high standards of client service and compliance within Dubai real estate regulations. Requirements: -Minimum 5 years of proven experience as Team Leader & Property Sales Manager within Dubai real estate industry. -Demonstrated experience as a Team Lead, managing property agents and supporting leasing & sales operations. -Strong leadership ability with experience in training & mentoring real estate agents. -Excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills. -Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven real estate environment. -Strong negotiation and deal-closing support capability. Key Responsibilities: ~Lead, manage, and supervise the property agents team to ensure individual and team sales & leasing targets are achieved. ~Provide continuous training, coaching, and professional guidance to both fresh and experienced real estate agents to enhance performance and closing skills. ~Develop and support agents’ capabilities in client handling, negotiations, property presentations, and strategic discussions to maximize deal success and revenue generation. ~Act as a central coordination point between agents, landlords, and clients to ensure smooth transaction completion. ~Monitor overall team performance and sales pipeline, implement performance enhancement strategies, and conduct regular team meetings to drive productivity, accountability, and target achievement. ~Ensure agents comply with RERA regulations, company policies, and Dubai real estate standards. ~Guide the team on current market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities. ~Maintain strong relationships with property owners and support portfolio expansion through effective landlord coordination. ~Oversee documentation processes including tenancy contracts, leasing formalities, and transaction compliance. ~Promote a high-performance, motivated, and collaborative working environment within the team. Job Details: Job Type: Full-time. Location: Dubai, UAE. Ability to Commute/Relocate: Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before joining (Preferred). Eligibility & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Gender: Male candidates preferred. Preferred Nationalities: Indian, Egyptian, Iranian, & Syrian. RERA Certification is highly preferred.
