We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our growing real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Manage front desk operations and handle inquiries
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars
Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
Coordinate with agents and internal departments
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred:
Experience in a real estate company is an advantage
Currently based in the UAE
