Position Overview
We are looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team on a high-commission structure (up to 75%). The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 months of real estate sales experience either in the UAE or in their home country and is eager to grow in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
- Stay updated with market trends and property values
Requirements :
- Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience (UAE or home country)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Knowledge of UAE real estate market is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- RERA certification (preferred for UAE-based agents)
