We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments
Track and update shipment records and delivery schedules
Maintain accurate inventory records
Prepare shipping documents and invoices
Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
Support warehouse operations when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus)
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
