Operations Admin, Compliance & Recruitment Officer (Logistics) ? UAE ? Full-Time | 6 Days per Week About Us We are a growing logistics company managing multi-site delivery operations across the UAE. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Admin, Compliance & Recruitment Officer to oversee daily reporting, workforce administration, documentation compliance, driver recruitment, and payroll coordination across all operational sites. This role is critical in maintaining structure, accuracy, and accountability across the business. Role Overview The Operations Admin, Compliance & Recruitment Officer will act as the central administrative controller across all sites. This includes daily performance consolidation, attendance and payroll validation, employee documentation management, visa coordination, and active driver recruitment to support operational growth. The ideal candidate is structured, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both data and people processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities ? Daily Reporting & Performance Consolidation Collect and verify daily operational reports from all sites Consolidate KPIs (delivery performance, productivity, attendance, fleet metrics) Prepare daily executive summary reports for senior management Track trends and highlight operational gaps Maintain daily accounting and performance tracking sheets ? Attendance & Workforce Monitoring Track daily attendance across all sites Monitor lateness, absences, and no-shows Coordinate with site supervisors for validation Maintain overtime and deduction logs ? Payroll Oversight Prepare accurate payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, fines, bonuses) Track deductions (traffic fines, penalties, advances) Coordinate with finance before salary processing Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance ? Fines & Fleet Compliance Track traffic fines and operational violations Maintain deduction and clearance records Coordinate with drivers and fleet team for documentation Monitor compliance and expiry records ? Employee Documentation & Compliance Maintain a complete digital document library for all employees (Emirates ID, passport, visa, labor contract, driving license, insurance, etc.) Manage signed agreements, policies, NDAs, and acknowledgments Track document and visa expiry dates Ensure full documentation compliance at all times ? Visa & PRO Coordination Coordinate visa applications, renewals, cancellations with designated PRO Maintain visa tracking sheets Ensure timely submission of required documents Monitor expiry timelines and compliance ? Driver Recruitment & Onboarding Source drivers through job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms Screen candidates based on company and program requirements Clearly explain job expectations, KPIs, salary structure, and compliance rules Coordinate interviews with site managers Prepare onboarding documentation and agreements Assign and inject selected drivers into designated sites Maintain recruitment tracking sheet and pipeline status ? Administrative Control & Support Follow up on missing reports and documentation Maintain organized digital filing systems Support senior management with structured reports and analysis Assist in process improvement and standardization Requirements 2–4 years experience in operations admin, HR admin, logistics coordination, or recruitment Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas required) Experience handling payroll inputs and attendance systems Experience in driver recruitment is a strong advantage Familiarity with UAE labor and visa processes preferred High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sites Strong communication and coordination skills Ideal Candidate Profile Structured and process-driven Strong analytical mindset Detail-oriented and compliance-focused Confident communicator Able to manage data, documentation, and recruitment simultaneously High integrity and confidentiality
