We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Assistant to support our supply chain and logistics operations. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments
Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records
Track orders and update delivery status in the system
Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse staff
Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
Support warehouse operations when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Handle general administrative tasks related to logistics
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or degree in Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is an advantage
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, inventory systems)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
