Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage appointments and meeting room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide basic administrative and clerical support
Maintain office supplies inventory
Assist with data entry and filing tasks
Respond to general inquiries from clients and staff
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in office administration is a plus)
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
