We are a well-established Business Center in JLT (DMCC Free Zone) seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations while maintaining high facility standards and delivering excellent client service.
Key Duties and Skills
- Oversee facility maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, IT cabling, and office equipment
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and supervise service providers
- Maintain asset registers and monitor servicing timelines
- Respond promptly to client administrative and facility-related requests
- Support management in operational coordination and reporting
- Coordinate and support day-to-day business center operations
- Manage administrative documentation and client-related records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with an independent work attitude
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments
- Ensure offices, meeting rooms, and common areas are well maintained
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Business Center or Free Zone experience preferred)
- Familiarity with DMCC processes and portal system is an advantage
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
- Professional, client-focused, and solution-oriented
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
