Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor – Van Sales (Gas Stations) is responsible for leading, supervising, and driving the performance of the van sales team handling FMCG distribution to assigned gas stations. The role ensures achievement of sales targets, proper execution of merchandising standards, route efficiency, and strong customer relationship management across all assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the van sales team servicing gas stations
• Monitor and drive achievement of daily and monthly sales targets for the team
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper product delivery, stock rotation, and adherence to company standards
• Ensure all gas station outlets maintain product displays in line with approved store planograms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and gas station managers
• Monitor van route planning and optimize route efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and reporting standards
• Review daily sales reports, stock reports, and performance metrics
• Coach, train, and motivate the van sales representatives to improve productivity and service levels
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely stock availability
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly

Requirements:
• Valid manual driving license (mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience handling van sales operations, preferably covering gas stations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with local routes and market dynamics
• Ability to analyze sales reports and drive performance improvements
• Indian nationality preferred
