14) Registering and updating access cards for Warsan New tenant & existing tenants
15) Reliever of Admin Coordinator (Maintenance Department)

16) Monthly payments of Utilities & Phones Bills - DEWA, Etisalat, RAK Villa
17) Tickets & Hotel bookings
18) Visa application – Travel
19) Maintaining family documents, including housemaids & driver
20) Coordinating & scheduling meetings/appointments
21) Family vehicle license renewal
22) Credit card SOA every 3 months/Utility bills monthly payment
