1) Administration & Support 2) Attending calls, emails, & Enquiries of tenants or clients 3) Receiving visitors, maintaining the reception area 4) Ordering office supplies, office refreshments 5) HR : Gathering CVs for hiring 6) After approval from Sir employee’s visa (new and renewal)- Coordinate with PRO 7) Health insurance application & renewal 8) Employee’s leaves (Annual, Sick & Emergency) 9) Updating employee’s documents (FILE) e.g., MOL, visa, Eid, passport, Employee details 10) Company Vehicle license renewal, Trade license & establishment card renewal 11) Office DEWA payment monthly – Prepare Summary 12) Handling Petty Cash & making petty cash Summary to submit to accounts for verification 13) Receiving & keeping invoices for Contractors, suppliers & Third party for accounts verification 14) Registering and updating access cards for Warsan New tenant & existing tenants 15) Reliever of Admin Coordinator (Maintenance Department) CEO’s Personal, Family & Villa Staff 16) Monthly payments of Utilities & Phones Bills - DEWA, Etisalat, RAK Villa 17) Tickets & Hotel bookings 18) Visa application – Travel 19) Maintaining family documents, including housemaids & driver 20) Coordinating & scheduling meetings/appointments 21) Family vehicle license renewal 22) Credit card SOA every 3 months/Utility bills monthly payment 23) Liaise with Madam for monthly Villa staff salaries, Villa staff flight bookings, Insurance, etc
