Cosmolaser Medical Centre is seeking a professional Arabic-speaking Call Centre Agent to manage patient inquiries and convert leads into confirmed clinic appointments.
The role focuses on lead conversion, appointment setting, and patient communication through phone and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming inquiries from social media, WhatsApp, and phone calls
• Contact new leads promptly and convert them into confirmed appointments
• Follow up with potential patients who have not yet booked
• Provide clear information about clinic treatments and promotions
• Coordinate appointments with clinic schedules
• Maintain accurate records of leads and bookings in the CRM system
• Reduce no-shows by confirming appointments and sending reminders
• Work closely with the Sales Coordinator and clinic team to ensure patient flow
Requirements
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker
• Good English communication skills
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in call centre, customer service, or clinic reception
• Experience handling WhatsApp inquiries and phone calls
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Organized and able to handle multiple leads simultaneously
• Experience in medical, dental, or aesthetic clinic is preferred
Salary & Benefits
• Basic Salary: AED 4,000 – 4,500
• 3% after achieving AED 100,000 monthly revenue target
• Opportunity to grow into Patient Coordinator / Sales role
Working Schedule
• 6 days per week
• 9 working hours per day
