About the role
You will run the front desk at our sales office — greeting clients, investors, and partners. Tasks, responsibility, and income grow with your ambitions.
What you will do
– Greet clients and visitors, prepare meeting rooms, handle hospitality
– Manage incoming and outgoing calls, route and follow up on enquiries
– Handle KYC documentation — prepare, organise, and track client files, contracts, and compliance documents
– Coordinate meeting schedules, manage the office calendar, and maintain client records in CRM
– Keep the reception area and meeting rooms clean and presentable
– Handle courier deliveries and manage office supplies
– Over time, take on additional tasks as you learn the business
– Draft and manage correspondence in English
What we are looking for
Required
– Fluent English, written and spoken
– Well-groomed, presentable appearance
– Genuinely curious — you like learning new things and picking up new skills
– Attention to detail in documents, scheduling, and correspondence
– Confident with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM
– 1–3 years in a client-facing or front desk role
A plus, but not required
– Russian or Arabic
– Experience in real estate, luxury hospitality, or branded residences
– CRM experience
