We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and able to handle basic office tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle filing, photocopying, and document management
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Assist in data entry and record keeping
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Support staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous office or admin experience preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Good communication skills in English
Professional attitude and time management skills
