We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will assist managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Manage emails, correspondence, and office communications
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Assist in preparing invoices and basic accounting support
• Greet visitors and provide general support to clients
• Coordinate office activities and operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
