We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing beauty and e-commerce company based in Dubai.
The candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive online sales and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Track conversions using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and other tools
Work with the creative team to improve ad performance
Prepare weekly performance reports and insights
Requirements
3+ years experience in performance marketing or paid media
Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience with e-commerce brands (beauty industry preferred)
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
Experience with Shopify
