We’re hiring an Instagram-focused SMM to fully manage and improve our page.
You will handle everything: content planning, creating posts + stories + reels, captions, hashtags, highlights, and maintaining a luxury brand look.
Responsibilities
Create a weekly/monthly content plan for Instagram
Design and publish posts, stories, reels (editing + basic motion is a plus)
Write captions in English (Arabic is a plus)
Build branded story templates and improve highlights/profile style
Grow engagement and followers organically (quality audience)
Coordinate with our team for photos/videos/projects updates
Optional: run basic Instagram ads (if you have experience)
Requirements
Proven portfolio (must show Instagram accounts you managed)
Strong aesthetic for luxury / premium real estate
Good copywriting in English
Consistency + ability to deliver content on time
Dubai experience or real estate experience is a big advantage
