Job Overview We are looking for passionate and energetic Sales Executives to focus on promoting and selling Chinese new energy vehicles in the local UAE market. You will be responsible for developing new clients, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and enhancing the brand influence of Chinese NEVs in Dubai. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Chinese new energy vehicles, targeting local individuals, businesses, and corporate clients in the UAE market. - Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain a strong client pipeline, and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Provide professional consultation to clients, introducing the features, advantages, and after-sales services of Chinese NEVs, and guiding clients through the entire sales process (inquiry, test drive, negotiation, contract signing, and delivery). - Deeply understand the local UAE automotive market, including customer preferences, competitors, and industry trends, and provide feedback to the management team to optimize sales strategies. - Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, conduct regular follow-ups, and provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving repeat business and referrals. - Assist in organizing promotional activities, product launches, and marketing events to boost brand awareness and sales volume. - Utilize social media short video shooting and editing skills to create engaging content (e.g., vehicle introductions, test drive highlights) for popular social media platforms in the UAE, such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, to attract potential clients (preferred). - Collaborate with the marketing, after-sales, and admin teams to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. - Maintain accurate sales records, client information, and sales reports, and submit them to the management team on time. Requirements & Qualifications - Proven sales experience in the UAE automotive industry, with a deep understanding of the local market (individual and corporate clients) – essential. - Energetic, proactive, results-driven, and passionate about sales and the automotive industry; able to work independently and under pressure to achieve sales targets. - Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) – preferred; Arabic speakers will be given priority. - Familiarity with Chinese new energy vehicles is a plus, but not essential (we provide comprehensive product training). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. - Experience in short video shooting and editing (using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro) is preferred – with the ability to create high-quality content for social media marketing campaigns. - Valid UAE driving license and ability to conduct test drives with clients. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new products, technologies, and sales strategies.
