Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Consultant to join our legal consultancy firm. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a law firm in Dubai and possess strong knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures, particularly within Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and assisting clients with various legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and consultations to clients on various legal matters in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
Handle legal cases and follow up with clients regarding their legal matters.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in UAE and Dubai legal regulations.
Assist clients with dispute resolution and legal procedures.
Coordinate with relevant authorities and legal entities when required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of legal experience in Dubai.
Previous experience working in a law firm in Dubai is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
Strong communication and client management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple legal matters efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or a related legal qualification.
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Experience handling legal consultations and client advisory services
