Role Overview
We are a leading Technical Services company seeking a results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses specifically on the business needs of our Fit-out, Renovation, and Interior Design division.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing contracts and managing client relationships within the UAE construction and interiors industry.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities for fit-out and interior renovation projects.
Technical Sales: Understand and communicate the technical service requirements for renovation works to potential clients.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, developers, and commercial clients.
Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare professional proposals and negotiate contracts to meet company sales targets.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in the UAE fit-out and interiors market.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in Fit-out and Interiors sales within the UAE.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical services and renovation processes.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and "closing" skills.
Technical Literacy: Must be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) for reporting and sales tracking.
Mobility: UAE Driving License is highly preferred.
