Go Rent Dubai is looking for a responsible and hands-on Operations & Setup Supervisor to manage deliveries, setups, and support warehouse operations.
This role combines field work (deliveries and setups) with warehouse coordination and requires someone who takes pride in quality, organization, and professional service standards.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily deliveries and setup operations
• Drive company vehicle and perform smaller deliveries/setups independently
• Supervise and support couriers during larger setups
• Ensure safe handling and transportation of tableware and equipment
• Complete setup checklists and operational documentation
• Inspect condition and quality of items before and after events
• Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness
During periods without setups, the supervisor will support warehouse operations:
• Preparing items for upcoming orders
• Quality control of tableware and textiles
• Organizing inventory and storage
• Supporting the warehouse team when needed
Requirements
• UAE driving license
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience in Dubai
• Experience in hospitality, logistics, premium service, or operations
• Experience in international companies, hotels, or high service standard environments is a strong advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Careful handling of fragile items (glassware, tableware, decor)
• Ability to identify problems and suggest improvements
• Good communication skills and proactive attitude
