Job Description:
Global Hub Customs Services LLC, a logistics and customs clearance company based in Dubai, is looking for a reliable and motivated Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance Coordinator to join our growing team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling shipment bookings with shipping lines, coordinating freight forwarding operations, supporting customs clearance procedures, communicating with clients and agents, and assisting in developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle container bookings with shipping lines and freight agents
• Coordinate international freight forwarding shipments (FCL / LCL / Ro-Ro / Air if required)
• Communicate with shipping lines, agents, transport companies, and clients regarding shipment status
• Prepare and review shipping documents including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Delivery Orders
• Assist with customs clearance documentation and procedures in the UAE
• Track shipments and update clients on shipment progress and delivery schedules
• Follow up with shipping lines and agents regarding booking confirmations, schedules, and documentation
• Maintain organized records of shipments and logistics files
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging professionally
• Support company growth by identifying potential clients and helping generate new business opportunities
Requirements:
• Candidate must be currently located in Dubai, UAE
• Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, or customs clearance is preferred
• Good understanding of shipping procedures, container bookings, and logistics documentation
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients via email and phone
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to contribute to company growth
