We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented female candidate (aged 18 and above) for the position of Operations Executive. The ideal candidate should have a good command of English, both verbal and written, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. She should be capable of multitasking and performing efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. Prior experience in operations or administration will be considered an added advantage. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operational activities, acting as a liaison between franchise partners and internal teams, and ensuring that all operational standards and processes are properly maintained. Additionally, she will assist in onboarding and supporting new franchise partners, as well as preparing reports, tracking performance, and maintaining accurate documentation.
