Role Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to implement effective systems and procedures within the finance team, support financial and KPI reporting, oversee day‑to‑day team operations, manage monthly and annual financial closings, and provide high‑quality technical accounting guidance to both Group and client entities.
Key Responsibilities
A. Financial Reporting
Coordinate and schedule all pre‑closing meetings with relevant finance teams and document meeting minutes.
Provide comprehensive financial and accounting guidance to all stakeholders.
Ensure all accounting treatments comply with IFRS, with any deviations discussed and approved by management.
Release the trial balance (TB) to finance teams within two working days for MCs and within agreed timelines for JVs.
Respond to all TB‑related queries within one working day.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all trial balances under your responsibility.
Maintain up‑to‑date balance sheet schedules, ensuring all schedules are completed by the 15th of the following month.
Reporting Agenda
Identify, track, and resolve all technical issues within assigned entities, ensuring no long‑pending items remain unresolved beyond one month.
Coordinate internally to address matters impacting financial reporting.
Log and escalate all IT‑related issues as required.
Ensure all closing checklists are completed on time.
B. Audit
Ensure audits are finalized, closed, and signed off in line with the Group’s audit calendar.
Ensure there are no avoidable issues in the Management Letter or uncorrected misstatements in the representation letter.
Compensation Structure
Fixed Monthly: AED 12,000
Monthly Attendance Incentive: AED 1,500 Upon achieving 100% attendance onsite
Monthly KPI Incentive: AED 1,500 Upon achieving KPIs
Maximum pay including fixed pay and incentives: AED 15,000
Additional Requirements
This is an on‑site role based in JAFZA.
Candidates must be on self‑sponsorship or dependent sponsorship.
Candidates must arrange their own transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory)
• Recently qualified Chartered Accountant or ACCA (preferred)
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Strong proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• 2–3 years of experience in financial reporting
