Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily cleaning operations and staff schedules
Ensure service quality and handle client complaints
Manage and monitor staff performance
Handle office administration and maintain records
Support and execute tasks assigned by the owner
Coordinate with HR and manage basic staff matters
Control inventory of cleaning materials and equipment
Prepare basic reports
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in operations or office management (cleaning industry preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and MS Office
