A Real Estate Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service to tenants and property owners.
Responsibilities:
Managing rental properties and tenant relations
Handling lease agreements and renewals
Resolve tenant complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manage lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
Negotiate and finalize lease terms, ensuring they are in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Communicating with tenants regarding property issues
Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for team members.
Handle legal issues related to tenant evictions, lease violations, and other property-related disputes in collaboration with legal counsel when needed.
Requirements:
Female candidate
4+ years of property management experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Analyst, Pact).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good organizational skills
