We are looking for an experienced, smart, and business-minded Ladies Salon Manager
oversee the full salon operations and lead the business toward growth and success. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing everything inside the salon, including staff, customer service, daily operations, sales, marketing ideas, and business performance.
This role requires a person who is not only strong in salon operations, but also able to think like a business manager, improve profitability, attract clients, and present a clear business plan during the interview.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full daily operations of the ladies salon
* Supervise and lead all salon staff, including beauticians, hairstylists, nail technicians, receptionists, and cleaners
* Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction at all times
* Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and productivity
* Handle staff scheduling, task distribution, and shift planning
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon presentation
* Manage inventory, stock levels, supplier coordination, and product ordering
* Ensure all salon services are delivered professionally and efficiently
* Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
* Increase sales and maximize salon revenue through promotions, packages, and service improvement
* Develop ideas for marketing, customer retention, and business growth
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
* Prepare reports on operations, revenue, expenses, and improvement plans
* Support recruitment, training, and development of salon staff
* Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing requirements
* Take full ownership of salon performance and profitability
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Salon Manager, based in Abu Dhabi
* Strong background in beauty salon operations and customer service
* Ability to manage a team and lead staff effectively
* Good understanding of salon business development and profitability
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Experience in sales, upselling, promotions, and client retention
* Knowledge of beauty industry trends, salon services, and customer expectations
* Basic understanding of budgeting, reporting, and stock control
* Professional appearance and attitude
## **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Diploma or certification in beauty, business administration, or salon management
* Experience in launching, improving, or growing a salon business
* Social media and marketing knowledge is a plus
