Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic TeleSales Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, promoting products or services over the phone, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
a) Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products/services
b) Clearly explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers
c) Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
d) Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
e) Follow up with interested customers to close sales
f) Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the system
g) Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally
h) Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a daily and monthly basis
Requirements:
a) Good communication and interpersonal skills
b) Ability to convince and negotiate effectively
c) Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
d) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
e) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
f) Previous telesales or customer service experience is an advantage
g) Preferred Qualifications:
h) Experience in telesales or telemarketing roles
i) Familiarity with CRM tools or call center software
j) Multilingual skills (English, Hindi, Urdu, etc.)
k) Experience in industries like telecom, banking, or real estate
l) Strong customer handling and closing skills
