We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting products or
services over the phone, and successfully converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent
communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build strong customer relationships in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases
b) Introduce, promote, and explain company products or services clearly and confidently
c) Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
d) Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-ups
e) Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively
f) Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
g) Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
h) Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and sales details in CRM systems
i) Handle objections professionally and convert inquiries into successful sales
j) Follow up with potential customers to ensure maximum conversion rates
Requirements & Skills:
a) Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role
b) Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
c) Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
d) Ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle pressure
e) Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, CRM software)
f) Strong listening skills with attention to customer needs
g) Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality
h) Fluency in English is required; additional languages (English, Hindi, Urdu) are an advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
a) Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (1–3 years preferred)
b) Familiarity with CRM systems.
c) Experience in specific industries (e.g., telecom, real estate, insurance, banking, or ecommerce)
d) Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling efficiently (cold and warm leads)
e) Strong objection-handling and closing techniques
f) Professional phone etiquette and customer-first approach
