Job Summary: RBZ Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced and skilled AC Technician to join our maintenance team. The technician will be responsible for inspection, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and installation of split AC, ducted AC, package units, central air-conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients across Dubai and Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair air-conditioning systems and HVAC equipment
Carry out preventive maintenance, standard servicing, and deep cleaning of AC systems
Handle split AC, ducted AC, central AC, cassette AC, package units and vrf.
Check and repair issues related to:
compressors
thermostats
contactors
capacitors
motors
fan blowers
gas leakage
drainage blockage
cooling problems
Perform refrigerant gas top-up, leak testing, vacuuming, and pressure checking
Install new AC units and replace old units when required
Dismantle and reinstall indoor/outdoor units as per job requirement
Maintain proper tools, safety standards, and cleanliness at work sites
Explain faults and repair requirements clearly to supervisor or customer
Prepare material list / spare parts requirement for each job
Support duct cleaning and AC deep cleaning jobs when required
Ensure jobs are completed on time and customer complaints are handled professionally.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience as an AC Technician / HVAC Technician
Good knowledge of split AC, ducted AC, central AC, and ventilation systems and vrf systems
Knowledge of electrical AC components and troubleshooting
Ability to identify gas leakage, compressor faults, thermostat faults, and drainage issues
Experience in installation, repair, and maintenance work
Basic knowledge of tools, gauges, vacuum pump, manifold set, and testing equipment
Ability to work independently and attend service calls
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
Basic English communication skills; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus
