A real estate company located in Al Raha, Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an Arabic Female Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Title:
Customer Service Representative ( Female Only)
Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and messages professionally.
Provide accurate information about available rental and sale properties.
Coordinate property viewing appointments with the sales team.
Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints.
Update customer records and maintain organized documentation.
Support daily operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Arabic-speaking female (mandatory).
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication skills in Arabic and good English.
Proficient in computer use, Microsoft Office, and WhatsApp Business.
Presentable, professional, and able to handle different types of customers.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
