We are looking for a Pizza Cook to join our cloud kitchen (delivery-only concept).
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience as a pizza cook (preferred)
• Ability to prepare, bake, finish, and pack pizzas according to our recipes
• Strictly follow standard recipes, kitchen rules, professional conduct
• Responsible for cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Knowledge of and full compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations
• PIC certification is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
• Pizza preparation, baking and finishing for delivery orders
• Daily cleaning and maintaining a hygienic workstation and kitchen
• Following food safety, hygiene, and operational standards by documents and regulations provided
• Respecting kitchen procedures, discipline, and team coordination
• Supporting basic kitchen administration tasks (if applicable)
• Maintain inventory levels of ingredients, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages and waste.
• Operate and maintain pizza ovens, monitoring temperature and cooking time to achieve the perfect bake.
We are also looking for a Kitchen Admin, for our fast growing cloud kitchen.
Requirements:
• Managing daily kitchen documentation and records
• Stock control, inventory tracking, and supplier follow-up in Foodics system
• Assisting with invoices, delivery notes, and cost control
• Ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety requirements
• Supporting kitchen operations and coordination with the team
• Maintaining organized files, checklists, and reports
• Making order dispute for cancelled orders
