We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting leadership, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR records
Lead training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
Support managers with HR guidance and conflict resolution
Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management
Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Proven UAE experience (1-2 years) in Human Resources or a similar role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
