We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an Assistant Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing staff in a hospital setting. You will assist in monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and ensuring patients' comfort during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist registered nurses in the provision of patient care.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiratory rate.
Help patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Follow hospital protocols and procedures for patient care.
Document and maintain accurate patient records.
Assist in preparing patients for medical procedures or surgeries.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
Valid nursing assistant certification (if applicable).
Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures.
