We are seeking a Call Center Agent with real estate experience to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients over the phone with property inquiries, provide expert guidance, and help potential buyers, sellers, and renters navigate the real estate market. You will leverage your strong communication skills and real estate knowledge to deliver exceptional service, foster relationships, and contribute to the success of our sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries about properties, services, and market trends.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients based on your real estate knowledge and experience.
• Assist clients in scheduling property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a database of client information and ensure all records are updated and accurate.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide leads and valuable customer insights.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including call volume and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Keep up to date with the latest real estate market trends and company offerings.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (real estate experience is a must).
• Strong knowledge of real estate terminology, market trends, and the buying/selling/renting process.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and address their needs effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
• Fluency English is preferred.
