🧭 About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC duct systems or related MEP fields, and a passion for building client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote HVAC solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in HVAC duct systems or any field related to MEP
- Valid UAE driving license
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Female candidates preferred for this role
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
