*(Carpentry Fit-Out / Residential AMC / Project Work)*
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients (B2C & B2B)
- Visit potential clients for presentations and consultations
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable renovation or maintenance solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Close sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Coordinate with design, operations, and technical teams for project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and referrals
- Keep records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows if required

*Requirements. :*
- Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in renovation, carpentry fit-out, or home maintenance sales
- UAE valid driving license holder.
