Previous experience in real estate accounting in Dubai is mandatory.
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and AML regulations.
Support audits, financial reviews, and risk assessments.
Identify and report any suspicious financial activities in line with AML policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in real estate accounting in Dubai is mandatory.
Proficient in QuickBooks, Tally, or other accounting software.
Working knowledge of AML policies and financial compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
