Bilingual Arabic English Translator/Administrative Assistant
Overview:
Seeking a perceptive and creative professional to provide translation and administrative support for the department. The role involves managing office operations, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth communication between English and Arabic speakers.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate documents (Arabic ↔ English) accurately.
Greet visitors, handle calls, and manage correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and administrative records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and departmental communications.
Support staff with administrative processes and event organization.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent Arabic and English communication (written & verbal).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and basic IT tools.
Team player with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Translation, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
