Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes in line with company policy.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document dispatch.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Record and update employee attendance, overtime, and leave details in the timekeeping system.
Coordinate daily attendance reports with HR and relevant departments.
Support HR in preparing monthly timekeeping summaries for payroll processing.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference room bookings.
Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
