Responsibilities
Promote and sell off-plan projects with leading developers.
Advise investors on ROI, payment plans, and market opportunities.
Build and manage a strong portfolio of local and international clients.
Handle the entire sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, negotiations, contracts, and after-sales.
Who We’re Looking For
Proven track record in Dubai off-plan sales (minimum 2 year required).
Excellent closing, negotiation & advisory skills.
Strong investor networking ability.
Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages (Russian, Arabic, French, Chinese, etc.) are a big plus.
RERA certified or willing to obtain quickly.
Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
