Project Coordinator – Luxury Perfume Brand Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Company Overview: Join one of the region’s most prestigious and renowned fragrance houses, known for blending tradition with innovation and excellence in luxury perfumery. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong background in the perfume and fragrance industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing fragrance development projects from concept to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timelines, quality, and brand standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage new fragrance development projects across R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Production, and Quality departments. Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution and launch readiness. Manage regulatory documentation, ingredient listings, and ensure compliance with IFRA and regional regulations (UAE/GCC). Conduct quality checks for fragrance consistency, stability, and performance. Organize and lead project meetings, update trackers, and prepare status reports for senior management. Coordinate product testing, fragrance evaluations, and approval cycles with key stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Business, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in the perfume, fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG sector, preferably in a project coordination or product development role. Strong knowledge of fragrance types, olfactory structures, raw materials, and perfume creation processes is essential. Familiarity with GCC regulatory requirements and IFRA standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), project management tools . Preferred Skills: Experience working with high-end or niche perfume brands. Sensory evaluation skills and an ability to describe and assess fragrances. Working knowledge of supply chain or procurement in the beauty or fragrance industry.
