About the Company:
Sky Light Transport FZCO manages a cargo vessel on behalf of its owner, TSL Ocean FZCO. The vessel operates under a time charter and primarily trades in the Mediterranean region. The company oversees operational, financial, and compliance aspects related to the vessel’s management.
Responsibilities:
Liaising with UAE authorities and free zones on all matters related to company activities.
Preparing and submitting applications for company licenses, renewals, and regulatory filings.
Managing the opening of bank accounts and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.
Assisting in securing financing for vessel and yacht acquisitions.
Preparing business plans and financial models to support investment and funding proposals.
Coordinating with auditors, legal advisors, and external partners.
Supporting management with financial reporting and compliance oversight.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of UAE corporate regulations and Free Zone frameworks.
Experience in dealing with government bodies and banks in the UAE.
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing corporate and financial documentation.
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
Fluency in English and Russian preferred.
