Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with proven experience in fit-out projects and villa construction to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supervising on-site activities, ensuring high-quality execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with project managers, draftsmen, and workshop production team for timely delivery of materials and joinery items.
• Monitor daily site activities, enforce quality standards, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management, highlighting milestones and challenges.
• Liaise with project managers, draftsmen, and workshop teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and joinery items.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to address technical concerns and maintain project alignment
• Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
• Assist in planning and scheduling site activities to maintain smooth workflow and avoid delays.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold workmanship standards and rectify deviations.
Key Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in fit-out works and villa construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.
• Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and construction standards.
