Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Barista to join our team in Abu Dhabi (New Shahamah). The ideal candidate should have strong coffee-making skills, excellent customer service, and leadership qualities to ensure smooth daily operations at the café.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
Supervise and support junior baristas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area.
Ensure consistency in coffee taste, presentation, and service.
Manage inventory and report stock requirements.
Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a barista (senior level preferred).
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must hold an own visa (Abu Dhabi).
Must be based in or willing to work in New Shahama, Abu Dhabi.
